I never thought I would enjoy rice cakes. They are just so boring! I know everyone says they are a healthy snack, but let's face it, alone, rice cakes are not appetizing. I did not like them, until I realized how to dress them up and make them delicious! For this snack, you need three ingredients: a rice cake, banana, and peanut butter.
Peanut Butter and Banana Rice Cake Serving Size: 1
Time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 1 TBS peanut butter 1 Lightly Salted Rice Cake 1/2 Banana Directions: 1. Spread 1 TBS peanut butter on rice cake. 2. Put banana slices on top of peanut butter 3. Enjoy! ** If do not want or have the banana, substitute with honey.
