This stir fry sauce and combo is my new favorite! I have modified this sauce a tiny bit from TASTY on Facebook. The only difference from Tasty's and mine, is mine I did not add ginger. Below these details, you will find the full easy to read recipe. First, you need to preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, prepare your meat! I use chicken breasts for most of my dinner recipes. It is a healthy option and you can make many different recipes with it.
The Veggies Okay, another great thing about this recipe is that you can use whatever veggies you want! I typically use broccoli and carrots, but I switch it up every so often. You can add corn, peas, and carrots. If you don't want to you the fresh veggies, use the frozen veggies. Frozen veggies have less sodium, because they do not have the preservative in them. In the first 15 minutes of the chicken cooking in the oven, prepare your veggies: wash, cut, and set aside your vegetables of choice.
The Sauce! This sauce totally makes the dish! It is seriously addicting. You can use any type of soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken broth you like. I like the reduced sodium type, because we try to eat little sodium in our meals. Plus, it hurts our tummies. The sauce does not take long to cook, so I suggest getting everything ready and start cooking with 5 minutes left with the chicken in the oven.
